Please note: The free services we offer are subject to our workload. In downseason (November to March) we have plenty of time to organise your trip. In full season we get a lot of requests that we find it hard to service. Consequently we ask that you do the following BEFORE you ask us to work on your behalf - the first is check out our Motorcycle Rental and one-way delivery charges to see if the basic package comes close to your budget. Then give us as much information as you can about where you want to go and where you want to stay. If you need to borrow equipment - then we need to know sizes of the hirers as our stock of kit is very small. Tell us your overall budget - we work all our costs as low as possible so delivery and rental do not change, however - if we are being asked to research connecting flights and car hire, baggage forwarding and so forth then your overall budget counts. If we look like we might overrun then we can suggest some cost saving measures. Also be prepared to do some of the work yourself, part of keeping the costs of these services free is that we do not bill you through our company - so that means that you don't pay VAT/TVA/Sales Tax (19.6%) on the work we do for you.
Lastly, and very importantly, please let us know if you decide not to come - every approach we get takes some hours of work. We believe in personal service so outside of Motorcycle Rental and Motorcycle Tours we customize everything to your requirement. We get a fair volume of requests - many of which conflict in terms of our availability. I spend a lot of time thinking about how to make each individual tour happen - even after we have done the work. It is fair - not only to us but to other customers if you let us know We don't mind if you have a change of heart - and we hope to maybe see you another time.
Chase Vehicles
We have had some requests for these if time permits then then we do it ourselves. If not then we use a partner to do it. Their time is short so please give us advance notice of these requests.
Route Planning
Up to a point this is a free service - we can recommend where to go, what the roads are like and so on. If it gets really complicated we may ask for a small fee.
Hotel Reservation
We are always happy to locate and reserve your first and last night's hotel for free. If you need more than that reserved we may take a 5% commission from you for reserving your Hotel. However we have a list of partners - comprising Bed and Breakfast, Hotels of all standards and Gites (Holiday Homes) that you are welcome to browse as well as some restaurants we can recommend.
Excess Baggage Transfer and Handling
There are two types of service we operate: The first is when you hire your motorcycle we can pick up your excess baggage and return it to you at the end of your hire. The second is forwarding your baggage to a destination of your choice.
